Simon V Baudouin MD FRCP is Senior Lecturer in Critical Care Medicine and Honorary Consultant Physician at the Royal Victoria Infirmary, Newcastle upon Tyne, UK. He trained in respiratory and general medicine at the Brompton and King's College Hospitals, London, and in Critical Care Medicine, as a JACIT trainee, at the Leeds Teaching Hospitals.
